VIEW highlight extensions

VIEW has two highlight characters that are normally used to select underlined and embolded text. With
a suitable printer driver these can be extended to select more text effects. These programs extend the
highlights by following Highlight 2 with a letter to select various text styles. For instance, *Iitalics*i to
select italics and *Bbold*b to select bold. I have a vague memory that this is similar to the method used
by Tasword on the Spectrum and Amstrad CPC.
Printer
v1.31 		An configurable interactive program to print out text documents. It translates £ characters to the correct sequence for the printer, and expands extended VIEW highlights.
MakeLP
v1.13 		Creates a *LP command to print text documents from the command line, translating £ characters and expanding extended VIEW highlights.
LPS
v1.09 		*LPS does similar to *LP but to the screen. It recognises the Bold, Italics, Superscript, Subscript, Wide and Underline text effects.
Scroll.zip
v1.13 		Scroll will display a text file, allowing you to scroll through it, expanding extended VIEW highlights in the same way as *LPS.
Manual.zip
v0.30 		An online manual in the same style as the Unix man system. You can create manual pages using extended VIEW highlights to specify the syntax
ConvRTF
v0.21 		Converts text files with extended VIEW highlights into RTF (Rich Text Format) files. This allows them to be imported into word processors on many other systems.

FontStyle font effects

FontStyle A VDU extension that allows selection of various text font styles.
