Subject: broken ADFS floppys

Hi all,

It has been rather quiet around here recently.
I have an ADFS floppy disc which refuses to mount
due to an error 48 on :<drive>/000000.

Can anyone help with any hints as to what is wrong,
or what software I can use on a BBC B to try and
repair the damage? - I suspect that the free space
map has become corrupted somehow.
