I'm willing to distribute the Ample User Group discs I have -- I'll
probably be breaking copyright, but I can't imagine there being
much of a market for them now .. so as long as nobody complains :-)

Zipped and uuencoded sounds like the best method to me (there are
unzip and uudecode programs for the BBC).
