Problemo - I don't have any EMS! I'm also keen on getting the emulator 
working on as low a spec machine as possible.

Got them all already! Thanks though. I've also got DOSTECH; it's a pretty 
good tech-ref thing like INTER (and a damn sight smaller!). Actually, out 
of those files you suggested it's really just HELP-PC that I've used, 
INTER isn't much use as I'm not really using any interrupts!
