Are you sure its jsr &8003 - not jsr (&8003) - its a long
time since I looked at beeb ROMs - I'm wondering if there was an indirection.

It shoves &F into &FE30 because that is the 'right most' rom socket - i.e.
the first place it looks for a language rom.  It should at some place also
be doing
a check to see if the ROM in that socket is a language ROM.
