Subject: List Update

New addition to the list: Raymond Lai, from Australia. I'm not sure 
whether he is working on an emulator; he just asked to be put on the list.

While on the subject of the list: I know the system at the moment is a 
bit unsatisfactory and I'm looking into setting up a better one. I wasn't 
anticipating this amount of interest!
