Subject: BBC-L: Solved the IER problem

Hello,

I've solved the problem of IER never being set to enable keyboard interrupts.
It was, umm, (blush) due to a HUGE bug in my interrupt handling code that
meant the BBC would get interrupts before it'd configured itself. This
explains an awful lot of madness.

Anyway, I'll test tonight whether this has really fixed my problem, or (as
usual) whether it's actually just given me the next one :)

       James
