Subject: BBC Emulator Keyboard Links

Stephen Quan questions power up polling of the keyboard links
on the BBC.

This may help.

Links

1 40/80 Track select
2 Acorn extended mode (not known what for)

3 4 Disk drive selection
- -
0 0 Teac drives
0 1 MPI drives
1 0 Tandon/Shugart drives 6 msec.
1 1 Tandon 4 msec.

5 Power up / Break Action
-
0 Auto boot on SHIFT-BREAK
1 Auto boot on BREAK and POWER UP

6 7 8 Mode on Power up / Break
- - -
0 0 0 Mode 7
0 0 1 Mode 6
0 1 0 Mode 5
0 1 1 Mode 4
1 0 0 Mode 3
1 0 1 Mode 2
1 1 0 Mode 1
1 1 1 Mode 0

Also would anyone like a breakdown of the low memory MOS vectors,
workspace, variable stores etc. or are these common knowledge?
