Well it will do won't it - its got to do scrolling - have you allowed changes to
screen start address?

P.S. On the ROMs issue - OK licensing ROMs would be nice - but permission for
Beeb owners to use there ROMs on other machines would be sufficient for a lot of
people (ah what the heck - if you ain't got one you can probably buy it second
hand
for #40 :-) ).  Someone could always point out that at present Acorn don't
do a Beeb
emulator for the RiscPC - someone might want one!
