Well, there was a text adventure where the graphics were at the top of 
the screen in mode 2 and the bottom text was in mode 1. Nice idea, 
really. Btw, why do Revs and Elite use split-screen modes at all? I 
haven't played Elite but I don't remember Revs having anything 
split-screenish...
