If you have a Master with only a single drive, Acorn User published a
program years ago to read in as much of a DFS disc as possible (using
sideways RAM) and write it out onto an ADFS disc to minimise disc
swapping. I can't remember which issue it was in, but it was some time
in 1986-1987.
