This is wrong!
You get ~30K for basic USING THE STANDARD BASIC as used on
a standard machine.
HIBASIC gives 44K (or there abouts).

The "TUBE" rom is generally known as the DNFS. (DFS1.2) The
tube code tagged into this rom, and just keeps itself quiet
unless it sees a co-pro.

Without the DNFS it is pretty useless. However thats pretty
easy to track down.
HIBASIC is a handy addition, but not really esential. Loads
of other programs (particularly ROMS) can make use of the
extra space, and speed. (ISO Pascal on a 6502 co-pro is
totally awesome - if you're into running pascal on 8bit
machines :-)).
