That's pretty easy:  it's just a phono-to-TV lead.  You'll need a standard
phono plug (sometimes called an RCA jack) to fit the modulator socket, a
TV-type coax plug (sometimes called a Belling-Lee plug), and some coaxial
cable to connect them.  However, its probably cheaper to buy a standard TV
lead from the nearest computer/office supplies/hifi shop...
