On the circuit diagram I've just downloaded from ftp.acorn, most of which
means very little to me, IC8 is described as "HI RES ROW".  Since I'm
getting repeated 'rows', is this the IC I should be suspecting, or am I
confusing what 'row' means here?

Also, some of the boards I have, have got SN74LS795's instead of
DM81LS95's.  What's the significance?
