Subject: Teletext adapter

That's right, it's the fount of all questions, back to bother you all
again.

I've got a Ground Control Universal Teletext Adaptor, which I used on the
Arc, initially via the parallel port, and then I bought a cable+software
upgrade to allow it to be connected to a podule socket.

I'd like to use it on the Beeb (either this Model B, if I manage to fix
it, or the Master which I am going to buy on Sunday). I know GC did a BBC
version, and I'm wondering if the hardware is the same.

There are two problems with this. First, where do I get the software, and
second, how do I make up a cable (and which port does it plug into)? I
believe GC are no longer trading.

Steve

Incidentally, I seem to be having mail problems, both with this list and
generally. I have definitely lost some (non-list) mail, and I'm getting
the odd repeated/delayed item from the list. If anyone replied to any of
the three messages I sent to the list on 1/7 and 2/7, could they please
resend them?
