I made them myself.  They may have a higher resolution than the fonts
stored in the SA5050, but I think that some sort of smoothing goes on
somewhere before the fonts are displayed.  I believe that when they appear
on the screen, teletext characters occupy 19 scan lines, so I made the
fonts to fit.
