Subject: AMX Art with Star LC-200

  Hello,

  I've been asked to relay this plea for help.  The networks that I shall
  contact next are 8BS and Solinet.

  Could anybody out there please help to get AMX Art with the Star LC-200
  colour 9 pin dot matrix printer going?  The symptoms are :-

  1) Only prints on one line ( anything to do with dip switches ? If so,
  where are they ?)
  2) Only prints in Black and White mode ( my friend is pretty sure that he
  has got a colour ribbon inside)
  3) Only prints in X1 mode which equates to a size smaller than a
  postcard.

  My friend up in Nottingham hasn't got a printer manual to refer to.
