Why would we need a new name - the previous names being something like
   BBC-Micro
and Beeb emulation

Its either going to be the Beeb or BBC-Micro list; it sounds to me
rather than an equal merge its more of a case of BBC-micro swallowing the
emulation mailing list - hence there is no need for a new name.
