Indeed it is!  Below is a copy of the mail I got from Steve Hanson

Hi Robert,
Superior Software is far from dead. All the Superior Software titles,
including several Acornsoft titles, are copyrighted and are still being
sold from: P.O. Box 6, Brigg, N. Lincolnshire, DN20 9AX. Tel: 01652
658585.
Royalties are still being paid to the authors concerned and we protect
the
copyright on their behalf. Recently several hundred pounds was paid to
Superior as damages for using copyrighted material. Please would you
therefore remove these titles from your website immediately.
On a pleasanter note, I'm pleased you are providing an interesting site
for
BBC users. We are happy to provide any of them with Superior Software
products - we can still supply all titles on all formats - and will give
a
40% discount to anyone who orders and gives the name of your website.
