Using the Beeb as a dumb terminal is quite common. However, since TCP/IP
is used also in packet radio, it's always possible that you could reuse
a terminal like that to communicate via TCP/IP. A guy called Rick Sterry
(G4BLT) might be able to help you at Wakefield Acorn Computer Group (or
try Andrew Kaye) but I can't remember email addresses right now so...

Also 8BS (Chris Richardson) might be able to help you, if he has the
packet radio utils disk in his collection.
