Subject: help installing WE 32k ramcard

I have just aquired a Watford Electronics 32k ramcard and have not been
able to get it working. It has a 40 pin ic connector on a ribbon cable to
the card and a 40 pin ic slot on the card marked 6502A and a 28 pin ic
marked 32k ram.
I assume that you pull the 6502 off the beeb and put it on the ramcard and
plug the ramcard into the 6502 slot. I put the 32k ram ic into one of the
eprom slots. This did not work though...
Am I missing something simple like a jumper setting or a solder wire, or
have I put the ram chip in the wrong place, or....
