Have you tried Acorn or an Acorn dealer - last time I looked (a while back)
they were still on Acorn's spares list, so dealers should be able to order
them.

Alternatively, I've got an old Acorn User somewhere that gives details of how
to make a battery pack out of standard AA cells - if you can't find anything
else, let me know and I'll see if I can dig it out.
