Subject: Serial Leads

I'm attempting to transfer files from my PC to my BBC using the Xfer program.
I've created the necessary lead, and tested it on my old BBC B where it
works fine.  However, when I connect the same lead to my BBC Master, it
doesn't work at all.   The '1stxfer.exe' program claims to send the
file OK, but nothing appears on the Master.   Are the serial port 
pinouts different on the Master, or is there some *CONFIGURE command that 
I've missed (BAUD is set to 7, DATA is set to 5), or have I just got
a fried serial port (in which case, which chip/s should I replace) ?

Any help appreciated!
