Subject: Scrolling Routine

Hi

I am trying to create a Mode 1 menu system, with a text window in the
centre, inside the text window, there is supposed to be a user-scrollable
list of programs.  The program which is highlighted by a bar is loaded by
pressing RETURN. 

What I would like to know is how do I do a scrolling menu with a
highlighted bar, which when text is highlighted, it loads the program
associated with it?
