I think OPENUP only works if the file is there already. IIRC the problem
doesn't affect *SAVE (or the OSFILE version of it) so you might be able to
do something with that, *SAVEing the file from RAM.

If OPENUP isn't affected (but I think it might be) you could try the OSFILE
of *SAVE filename 0 0 0 0 then OPENUP it...
