I can help with a few - most I've never even heard about. Is he sure
all of these exist for BBC? I have my doubts about Dallas, for example.
One idea is to check the Interactive Fiction archive. It might not have
BBC specific versions, but it is bound to have useful information to
ease his... uh... quest.
Crispin's game page might also have information on some of these.
> Clogger
This is not an adventure, but rather a Repton clone by Gordon J. Key,
published by Impact Software. Maybe there's another game with the same
title, though. (http://www.nvg.ntnu.no/bbc/sw/Various/Clogger.zip)
> Kayleth Unknown
Published by US Gold as "The Killing of Kayleth".

Not sure if this found its way to BBC. I've seen PC and Amiga versions
though.
> Oxbridge Colisoft
Published by Tynesoft. The copy at
http://www.nvg.ntnu.no/bbc/sw/Tynesoft/Oxbridge.zip doesn't work out of
the "box" though: You need a E00 DFS, and I had to add "900 REM" to the
loader. I'll fix the archive later.

> Stranded Unknown
Might be http://www.nvg.ntnu.no/bbc/sw/Various/Standed.zip by
D.Woodhouse and C. Hughes. After the title screen, it hangs in BeebEm,
though.
> Survivor MP
I guess this couldn't be
http://www.nvg.ntnu.no/bbc/sw/Atlantis/Survivors.zip (a Repton clone)?
