I think Quest was in fact written by Tony Oakden, who also did Baron, that
game in a space ship and possibly some others. His games were usuualy
(always?) MODE 1 adventures in the Citadel mould, and for the Electron
versions he used some fiendish technique to split the screen into
different modes because the Electron ran more slowly in MODEs 0/1/2/3 than
the others (because the graphics system could steal cycles from the CPU in
those modes).

XOR was written by Kevin Edwards, who also did the aforementioned Crazee
Rider. He wrote some good games. (And he did disk protection as well, I
believe.) I also seem to remember that he wrote games on other systems as
well -- can anyone confirm/deny this?
