I think you will need the DDFS 1.54T to get the Tube code - this should be
on The BBC Lives! as I am pretty sure it was in a load of ROM images I sent
Mark Usher to catalogue and put up on the site.

I was going to suggest  you could fit a Acorn 1.2 DNFS ROM in a ROM socket
with a lower priority to the DDFS - it will serve no purpose except to
provide the Tube host code, but I am not sure how it will respond to your
non-8271 disc hardware.  You may find the machine just locks up at the ROM
scan on power up when it gets to the Acorn DFS.

I have the Watford Electronics DDFS 1.53 - does anyone know if this should
contain the tube code?  I have tried it but with no reponse.
