Cool!  Until now, I hadn't really confirmed that this thing really

I have heard no complaints from owners of the copyrights from Melbourne
House, so I'll treat it as most of the software in the archive - i.e.
make it available until somebody tells me otherwise.

It's rather crude, I know, but if I decided to try tracing each and
every copyright owner, the archive at "The BBC Lives!" would be pretty
boring...
