Subject: Help! Beeb dying!

Hi

My beeb seems to be malfunctioning, I left it on last night as I was in
the middle of playing Citadel, thought it would be ok as I heard a story
about a Beeb that was running a BBS that was left on for 9 years without
failure, but, it seems that my beloved beeb does not like this and
decided to keep crashing this afternoon after about 30 hours of
on-time.  I turn it off, wait the customary minute, then flick the
switch - half a beep and the capslock lights up, but nothing else.  I
left it off for an hour, then returned - hey presto!  It worked, but is
this something to be worried about?  Surely it shouldn't overheat, it
was freezing in my house last night and the beeb never gets very warm!
Could this be a problem?
