Some time ago I had to transfer quite a few files from my BBC B. Most of them 
were View 3 documents. I looked around and did not find any PC software able to
read BBC disks on normal 5.25", 1.2 MB PC drive (I don't know if anybody has 
360 K drives anymore).

So I had to use some BBC software written in BASIC to transfer files on my 
Beeb; fortunately I still had 1770 DFS. It took ages, since the software was 
buggy and crashed quite often. But I eventually transferred files.

Is there a better way?
