Neither, it's a change of name. What used to be known as "Acorn
Computers Ltd" is now known as "Element 14 Ltd". I think they were
looking for a fresh start, to appeal to the hi-tech market, and get away
from their traditional educational image. They have a new web address
too, http://www.e-14.com/.
Note, however, that the holding company has not changed its name and is
still known as "Acorn Group PLC".
