Model A had 16k, B had 32k.  Not sure about the A to D converter another
poster mentioned.  Model As will generally have OS EPROM 0.10 or OS 1.0;
I think OS1.2 had to have 32k.  Acorn gave up on the Model A pretty
quickly as sales of the B were much greater than they'd expected.
