I have an older version of View. I only have a printer driver for the Epson
LX-80, and 
have had to use it to work with other printers.

One interesting thing that I found was that when I used the Printer Driver
instead of 
using Printer Default, I could reprogram the highlight codes to send the
Esc code,
thus sending escape sequences.

Sorry that this note is so quick. If you need more detail, I will look up
what I have
written in my notes concerning how I used this facility with the Star NX-1020
Rainbow.

Note, also, that the printer driver for the LX-80 came from the publication
of the
Toronto, Ontario, Canada, group. The name of the publication was OakLeaves.
