Subject: Running U.K. beeb on U.S. power

This topic came up recently, I've got the email saved but it doesn't answer
all of my questions. I will soon be shipping my remaining effects from the
U.K. to the U.S., and will ship my beebs if I can make them work over here
(so I can play Elite-A, of course!)

I'll can probably get a transformer to convert 110v to 250v, does anyone know
what other issues I'll have with 60Hz rather than 50Hz power? Will I be able
to use a U.K. monitor on 60Hz (Microvitec Cub or equivalent). Do the Music
3000, 4000 or 5000 units have any dependency on the main frequency? Are there
any other gotchas?

If e-mail to me bounces, your mail system is probably mis-configured. Add the
string "af8Gg01zXrl3k6yy32OtE9Q11v" to the message subject to get through my
spam-blocks. This string will change periodically.
