After visiting your site I was disturbed to see that you have taken the BBC
User Manual, saved it in Word 95 format and made it available for download
without keeping the original readme.txt with it's credits and disclaimers.
There is also no link to the BBC Documentation Project Web site.

As I am the person who put in many hours of work in completing the
electronic version of the User Guide I would like you to withdraw the zip
file that you have made available and replace it with the original User
Guide zip archive. If people can load Word95 format they can also load .rtf
so the change in format is of absolutely no value.
