Hi Faraz. Well - a few lines of the mail you're replying to,
to give appropriate context will normally suffice, and can make
your mail more readable.

Some prefer quoted text to which you refer in your reply to be
included BEFORE your own comments, and I personally do think that
this helps readability. Also, most mailers will 'thread' mail in
a particular folder into reply sequence so that it's obvious to
which post a particular mail is a reply to.
