Not neccessarily. If the program is written as a sideways language rom,
then just placing it in a high numbered rom slot, or *CONFIG. LANG nn on
the Master, will enter it on Reset.

I have a version of this where you can make it force RFS selection on
Break, so it boots from RFS regardless of what other filing systems are
present.
