Subject: Removing ROMs from Issue 7 board

--0-1804289383-943548186=:14079

Hi all, I am in the middle of installing a Watford 12-ROM board and so obviously
this requires me to remove the existing ROM chips from the motherboard,
and transfer them onto the new board. The trouble is, I cannot remove some
of the chips because of the obstruction of discrete components being situated
next to the chip slots. I risk either bending the chip legs or damaging
the resistors etc. soldered next to the sockets while trying to squeeze the
screwdriver through to lift the other end of the chip off the board. Is
there anything you can suggest? Please help.
