Yes it is. On the Model B there used to be a jumper to do just this.
The jumper added the colour information to the composite output via
a capacitor (in the same way as it did to the video signal into the
modulator).

The Master has no jumper, but it is possible to add the capacitor to
the underside of the board.
I did this many years ago, I'll try to dig the information out.
It's fairly easy to see what to do if you look at the circuit diagrams
for the Model B and the Master.
