Wow,  thanks for the article Mark. I was debating with myself whether to go
for a SCART RGB solution or to try the composite video approach - having
received Mike's article I now think I'll try RGB. I was a bit worried about
feeding TTL voltages into my TV but I'm quite confident about Mike's
potential divider solution so I'll give it a try.

Time for some christmas shopping at my local electronics shop, I think.
