pcBBC is probably the best
I have also used BeebEm sucessfully on windows.

I think that you may have limited success with this.
There is some info on the BBC Lives! about how to do
this, but most modern PC drives won't read the bbc
disks. 
How many disks do you want to transfer?

Most emulators allow you to use any ROMs, if you can
find the image.  (The BBC lives is probably a good
place to start looking)
