Yeah, but they couldn't "just" get a court order. That has to be
discussed with the court, and they will only write it if they feel it is
necessary.

Are they not subscribed to this mailing list? Do they not read the
newsgroup? Apparently the reason RetroBBC closed is because it was
mentioned on the ng. I'm sure someone's reading this.

Yes but Microsoft are a major current company. Superior are not - they
are an 80s software company which does not do much trading any more.
