Superior Software ceased trading because the platforms they were producing
software for became obsolete and they failed to make the switch to the
Wintel platform and consoles.

If you are producing games on media that can be copied easily and the games
are played by school kids with no money, then you have to expect piracy - I
am sure I am not the only one on this list to have copied games. I am not
saying copying games is good, but I would not look back on my beeb days with
fond memories if i had only had one or two games in my collection, not
hundreds.
