The FileStore uses 3.5" disks.  I imagine the hard drive in an E60S is a 60MB 
SCSI.

Not quite.  You need an Econet expansion and all the paraphernalia that goes 
with it.

I wouldn't pay any significant amount of money for them.  Certainly here in 
the UK you can expect to be able to pick up this sort of thing for as close 
to free as makes no difference.
