Subject: E01S and E60S units

I've been given the opportunity to purchase a E01S and/or a E60S unit.
Since I don't know much about these units, could someone please provide me
with a little information about them?
The E01S has floppy drives and the E60S has a hard disc. What type of floppy
discs does the E01S use and what size would the hard disc be?
Is it a simple matter of just plugging it into a Master and I have a hard disc?
Once it's up and running will it also give me an econet server I can simply
connect other machines to, or is it more complex than that?

Finally, what would be a fair price to pay for each of these units?
