Subject: Replacing a tape drive with a disc drive

I have been offered ("please!  take it away!") an old BBC computer from my 
college.  On closer inspection it could be a model A, with a light for 
Cassette Motor on the keyboard.  I have an old 40/80 track drive and was 
wondering how to adapt the machine to accept discs.

Sorry I can't give you more information.  I haven't been able to get the lid 
off (yet...) or so much as turn it on.
