My BBC has a 32K ram board and the rom extension board. I think I have full
documentation for both.

However, the best way to get hold of the docs is to look on Mark Usher's
site (BBC Documentation Project http://members.magnet.at/marku/bbc.htm).
I've had a quick look there and found the documentation for the ROM
extension book but not for the shadow ram. 

If you find out that the 32k board documentation has never been scanned in
then come back to me and I'll try to do it.
