As far as I know, no one has yet written a full Music 5000 Emulator.

What platform are you wanting to run it on?  If you're running RISO OS, then
there's a project underway by Robin Terry (robin@...) to
support AMPLE on this platform, which may be of interest.

Music Link (Alan Baker's Music Link) archive of the mid/late 1980's as well 
as arcihives of stuff from Ample DCT.
