Subject: dfs2adfs : help?

I mentioned in passing that I was trying to write a dfs to adfs catalogue
converter, and I have indeed written such a thing. Except that it doesn't
quite work yet, and I don't know why!

I've uploaded it (straight C source + windows console executable, because it
was only 4kb extra), and it works to a point. Namely, all files appear to be
converted correctly, I can verify via various methods that they have moved
across okay, and all the emulators load BASIC programs that have been
converted fine. However machine code doesn't seem to make it. So maybe I am
getting load and/or execute address wong?

If you can help (any hints what I may be getting wrong, or even via looking
at the source), then the file should be at
